中国国际集成电路产业展览暨研讨会（IC China）已经成功举办了四届，该展是中国第一个涵盖整个集成电路产业链的国际化专业品牌展会，目前已经成为中国半导体行业一年一度最具影响的盛会。

China International IC Exhibition & Seminar (IC China) has been held successfully for four times. It has become the international professional exhibition with well-known brand covering the whole IC industry chain in China. IC China has become the most influential annual event in China’s semiconductor industry.

为了更好地展示和研讨中国集成电路产业链、中国巨大的集成电路需求市场、新一代电子信息产品的创新和应用技术解决方案， IC China 2007将围绕“产业、创新、应用”的主题予以扩充与发展，中文名称变更为“第五届中国国际集成电路博览会暨高峰论坛”。

In order to better demonstrate and explore China IC industry chain; the huge capacity of China’s IC market; the innovation and the application technology resolution of the new generation of electronics & information products, IC China 2007 will expand through the theme of “Industry, innovation & application”. The name becomes “the 5th China International IC Industry Exhibition & Summit”.

 

中国集成电路产业在2000年国务院发布《关于鼓励软件产业和集成电路产业发展的若干政策》的推动下，经过“十五”期间的发展，有近50条5-12英寸的生产制造线；100多家各种形式的封装测试企业；500多家集成电路设计公司；几百家的内资和外资的设备材料支撑公司，已形成了一个具有一定规模的产业链群体。在技术创新方面正在开发65纳米的产品设计和制造技术。整个产业以年均30%以上的速度增长。

With the promotion of THE POLICIES ON ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE AND IC INDUSTRIES announced by the China State Council in 2000 and the development during the tenth Five-Year Plan, China have formed the right substantial scale of industrial groups. There are about 50 fabrication lines in 5-12 inches; over 100 packaging and testing companies; more than 500 IC design companies; hundreds of equipment & material companies. In the aspect of technology innovation, it is developing the level of 65nm both in product design and manufacturing technology. The whole industry grows at a rate of 30% annually.

中国电子信息产品有多个全球产量第一，如：台式PC产量第一、笔记本电脑产量第一、手机产量第一、数码相机产量第一、电视机产量第一、DVD产量第一、MP3产量第一等。中国电子信息产品市场对集成电路的需求巨大，目前国内集成电路企业只能提供20%的集成电路需求，80%的集成电路需求还要靠进口来满足。由此可见中国对集成电路的需求之大。

China several electronics & information products ranked number one in manufacturing, such as desktop computer, notebook computer, mobile phone, digital camera, TV set, DVD player, Mp3 player etc. China electronics & information products market has huge demand of IC products. At present, China own IC suppliers could feed 20% of them. 80% needs import. Obviously, The above shows the huge demand of IC products in China.

IC CHINA2007以产业、创新、应用为主题，聚焦上游与下游产业链的融合和产业与市场的融合，并以创新概念贯穿其中。 高峰论坛将增加更多互动内容，CEO论坛和高峰对话将首次出现。 专题研讨会除已经较为成熟的产业链论坛外，将增加更多与应用相关的论坛，如汽车电子，通信，光电，标准等。

IC China 2007 in Shenzhen defines the theme as “Industry, Innovation & Application” with focus on the integration of industry upstream and downstream, industry and application market, with innovation idea running through. In summit, more interactive contents will be considered and CEO forum and summit dialog will come forth for the first time. IC China 2006 得到了中国信息产业部、科学技术部及各级政府的直接指导与支持。信息产业部副部长娄勤俭、江苏省委常委、苏州市市委书记王荣分别在开幕式上讲话，并参观了IC China 2006展览。IC China 2006 共有来自中、美、日、德、韩及中国台湾地区和香港特区等270余家企业参展，展出面积近1万平方米。其中海外公司占22%。参展商涵盖了集成电路设计与产品、集成电路设计工具及服务、孵化器与设计服务、集成器件制造与科研、芯片代工、封装测试、测试设备与服务、半导体设备与零部件、半导体材料及其它半导体产业链的各环节。IC China 2006 高峰论坛以“自主创新与共赢发展”为主题，有包括SEMATECH、东京精密、Credence、富士通、AMD、飞思卡尔、Cadence、Cirrus Logic、新思科技、和舰科技、华虹NEC、中芯国际、宏力、展讯通信等十四位著名半导体公司CEO及中科院微电子所的专家在高峰论坛上做了精彩的演讲，共同就国内外半导体产业发展大势及技术前沿进行深入阐述，500余名听众到场聆听，论坛得到了各界的热烈好评。技术研讨会分9个专题11个场次进行，共有来自国内外知名企业及科研单位的76位演讲者作了精彩的报告。技术研讨会听众首次突破了1500人次，许多场次会场座无虚席。

IC China 2006 got the guidance and support of Ministry of Information Industry, Ministry of Science and technology and all level regional government. Lou qinjian, Vice Minister of Ministry of Information Industry, Wang Rong, Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Communist Party Committee made speeches at the opening ceremony and visited the exhibition. More than 270 companies from China, USA, Japan, Germany, Korea, the regions of Taiwan and Hong Kong etc. participated in IC China 2006. The total exhibition area reached 10,000 sqm. The foreign companies took 22%. The exhibitors came from all parts of IC industry chain such as IC design & product, IC design tool & service, business incubation and design service, IC device manufacturing & research, foundry, packaging & testing, testing equipment & service, semiconductor equipment & parts, semiconductor materials etc. The summit of IC China 2006 had the theme of “Independent innovation & mutual benefit development”. 14 famous CEOs or IC specialists made the attractive speeches focusing on the development direction and new technology of world’s and China’s IC industry. They are from SEMATECH, ACCRETECH, Credence, Fujistu, AMD, Freescale, Cadence, Cirrus Logic, Synopsys, Hejian, Huahong NEC, SMIC, Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing, Spreadtrum and China Chinese Academy of Science etc. 500 listeners attended the seminars which got praises from all parts. With 9 topics and 11 scenes, in the series of technical seminars there were 76 lecturers from china’s and overseas companies and research units. Over 1500 audiences attended, which is the first time for so much number of audiences. The seats were all taken in many scenes.

International exhibitors included many famous companies: Intel, Sumsung, Fujistu, Toshiba, AMD, Infineon, TSMC, On Semiconductor, Angilent, Credence, Appliance Materials, Advantest, Accretech, TEL etc. Intel and Samsung are the first time to participate in IC China.

 

IC China 2006 共接待了8500人的观众和会议代表。其中专业观众、听众占94.2%，专业观众及听众中企业决策者占17.9%。他们来自集成电路产业链的各个环节及通信、计算机、信息家电行业。他们对本届展会上的新产品、新技术以及新项目表示了浓厚的兴趣，在展览及研讨会现场形成了充分交流、共同探讨的热烈气氛。

IC China 2006 attracted over 8500 attendees to the exhibition & seminars. The professional took 94.2%. Among them, decision-makers took 17.9%. They were from all parts of IC industry chain and telecommunication, computer and information household appliances industry. They showed the strong interest in the new product and new technology. In the exciting and heat atmosphere, attendees were fully involved in the discussion and intercommunication.
